Sewage Loss in Wilkes-Barr, PA

This sewage back-up happened at a local mall in Wilkes-Barre, PA after a large rain storm soaked the area. The rain was so heavy that it overwhelmed the sewer system in the mall and caused drainage issues to most of the lower level businesses. In the before picture you can see how the toilet to this store overflowed onto the tile floor and affected it with category 3 water. Because this type of water can contain contaminants, the store relies on the help of outside professionals to clean up the damage. The second picture shows the same area after it had been cleaned and sanitized by our crew. The mall management was very happy with our response.
