Flooded Business in Mountain Top, PA

This flooded office space in Mountain Top, PA was the result of an expansion tank failure on a newly installed water heater in the building. The failure resulted in multiple rooms being flooded with water, including this waiting area. The before picture is a view from the main door of the waiting area showing water damage to vinyl tile, drywall and trim. The content had already been removed by the buildings maintenance crew before we arrived. The after picture is the room from the backside . This shows the room dry, as well as vinyl tile and portions of the lower wall and trim removed. The customer was very pleased with our work.
