Frozen Pipe Burst, Wilkes-Barre, PA

A sprinkler head froze and burst in Wilkes-Barre, PA causing heavy water damage to a multi-floor industrial storage facility. Because this facility housed important government documents, time was crucial. While our production crews worked diligently around the clock to extract water and remove damaged building materials, our Large Loss managers worked closely with government officials and our specialty contractors to make certain the documents could be saved. In the end, we were able to salvage all of the documents, over 5 tractor trailer loads, and have them relocated to a new facility for the tenant. Our team was also able to successfully repair the facility for the building owner. Both customers were extremely happy with the results.
