This large water damage in Pittston, PA was the result of a broken water line that went unnoticed for over a week. The property was for sale so it was being checked on periodically. When the owner arrived to inspect the property he found the entire building affected with water and mold starting to grow. In the before picture you can see how the entire bar area of the business was affected with water. The ceilings were starting to fall and the content that remained was destroyed. The after picture shows the bar area after our crews removed all of the wet and moldy unsalvageable materials and dried the structure completely.
